Memorabilia Authenticity
Since 1994, Champions have built a longstanding reputation for integrity and have strict policies in place to ensure that only authentic memorabilia is sold in our gallery. We stock a wide range of memorabilia from our own brand, Champions Authentics, as well as carefully sourced genuine memorabilia and collectables from Australia and overseas.
All of our memorabilia is authenticated by a reputable third party, licensed by the appropriate Sports Authority and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
This means that:
- An independent body or organisation such as Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Atag and Upper Deck Authenticated, was present during the signing session and has verified that the signatures are genuine.
- The memorabilia has been authorised by the relevant Sports Code or Authority i.e. NRL, AFL, ARU, ACB, and was produced under a strict licensing arrangement with this authority.
- The Certificate of Authenticity and/or memorabilia item includes the official logo of the relevant Sports Code or Authority and a hologram or logo from the authorising third party to show that the item is genuine.
