Internet and Mail Order
We offer a number of different payment methods:
- secure online credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard)
- cheque (we will not send out goods until the cheque has been received and cleared)
- EFT (direct deposit)
For speed and reliability, credit cards are our preferred option. Credit card orders are charged on the day the product is ordered.
For EFT, after you confirm the order you will be provided with our account details.
If you want to pay by cheque, pick the 'cheque' payment option, print out your invoice twice and then post your cheque with one copy of the invoice to:

Easy lay-by option
We offer an easy lay-by system whereby you can purchase from us and make monthly interest free payments. To utilise this system, please contact us to make a lay-by arrangement.
Delivery Time
Please feel free to contact us regarding delivery times, many of our items are kept in stock, others need to be ordered, some need to be framed. These variables mean that delivery times may vary from item to item but is usually from 3-4 weeks. Please refer to your confirmation tax invoice as this gives you your order number which you can use to refer to when contacting us. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you up dated with the status of your order.
Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched. Please allow an extra 5 days for cheques to be cleared before goods are dispatched.
Postage and handling info
Generally, Courier delivery Australia wide will be between $35.00 and $45.00 for each item dependant upon the size of goods. All prices are in Australian dollars
Three dimensional display items requiring custom timber transport crates will incur an additional charge. To enable us to contact you if we need to discuss the best and safest delivery options for your order please ensure that you provide us with correct contact details.
